Lots to like
Pros: Clear, closed at end, good thickness (durability,) very enjoyable. Easy to clean even without pulling the inside out since you can see into it quite well. Closed end provides vacuum and keeps things a bit cleaner. Cons: Channel isn't centered in the toy for some reason. Careful about falling asleep with it on, as it will grab tight. Misc: Has a lot of small bumps located inside the "vacuum sections" at the time and on the entrance (outside) that Don't actually seem to be much use (At any rate, I can't feel them. While it is very nice, it is a little odd feeling as the narrow portions between channels pass over the tip--the channel walls are 90 degree angles (square cut) so there is a very definite junction as the channels themselves are deep enough that unless you're over 2" in diameter each is an empty space.

probably the best toy of this type
There are 4 problems toys of this type tend to have. The first is being so tight you can't fit inside even with lots of lubrication. The second is being too loose so you don't get good stimulation (rare but it happens). The third is having a exit hole. When there is a exit hole fluids leak out, making a mess (messes are only fun with a partner), and causing you to have to re-lubricate often. The forth is being too short. The average penis length is 5 inches, not 4, and it's not rare at all to be over 5 inches. The manufacturers can't seem to get this through their heads. The Head Honcho avoids all these mistakes. The material is also exquisitely soft (moreso than any other masturbator I've seen). So long as you avoid sharp things (like long fingernails), and don't turn it inside out, it should last more or less forever. I also own a Buck Shot Toys - Silicone Buddy 1 that I am pleased with, and enjoy for variety (the lining is very different), but the Sue Johanson - Head Honcho is my favorite.

Very Nice Grip
Great fun for your cock head in the lower part of the honcho. As you go deeper, the whole cock gets ripples of stimulation. Difficult to turn inside out for cleaning (not recommended). However, you can easily pour in soapy water and rinse through the entry hole. Dry the inside with a paper towel. The silicone seems durable, more so than toys made with jelly material that I'm familiar with.

Best I've come across
I have the top 4 ranked toys from this site and the Honcho is the best followed by Tara Patrick's, Black Orchid, and Fujiko's. All of these toys should be longer. Fujiko is way to tight and way to short. Tara Patrick's is a bit to tight but has an awesome feel. The Orchid is decent but no real frills. Honcho has a unique feel easy clean up. A nice product
This product works well. It's nice to be able to turn it inside out for cleaning, but this also causes the inside to split in time, especially if you leave it this way to dry (which is nice to do). If you make a small hole in the end and slip the head honcho inside a standard 2-1/4" vacuum penis pump cylinder, it will inflate and pleasure a hesitant pecker.... much better than the standard liner for vacuum pumps.

Good but not great.
Decent suction but you have to squeeze and squeeze to get it there. No nubbins or ribs on the inside just a few things that can be best described as ledges. That said it's soft, holds heat pretty well, and isn't so tight it's uncomfortable.

i bought this and it was amazing, the only reason i didnt give it 5 stars though is because mine came with a manufactuering flaw, there was a bit of a rip at the top and there were a few bubbles in the silicone that went straight threw so that air leaked out and it lost the vacuum effect, i would greatly appreciate a replacment if possible, cause even with the defect its still incredible.
